Ramboll Norway invites applications for the HV Technical Scope Manager to lead the Power Systems team in delivering high voltage design and engineering projects. You will work with a global team to ensure technically robust and financially sound solutions for key clients in Norway and beyond.

The role requires strong leadership, deep HV knowledge, and the ability to mentor colleagues while embracing flexible work arrangements within Ramboll's sustainable-change agenda.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in HV/EHV substation or overhead line design and project execution.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; ability to collaborate across countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver HV design and engineering solutions.
• Act as a key client interface, ensuring scope clarity and safeguarding client interests.
• Oversee tendering activities, contract negotiations, and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate with buildings, transport, environment, water, and management consulting for integrated solutions.
• Manage technical and commercial aspects to align with schedules and budgets.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers across borders.
• Support site and field activities with follow-up and QA.
