Job summary

Nord Pool Services, based in Oslo, Norway, part of Euronext, is seeking a Project and Client Services Associate (VIE, 12 months) to join the team. The role reports to the Head of Nord Pool Services and starts January 1st.

You will work with senior project managers to support strategic projects, prepare proposals, assist clients, and help with events and budgets. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, has internship or work experience, and is proficient in English with strong Excel,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, power engineering, technology or related field.
Successful first internship or work experience
Experience in creating reports and presentations
Motivated to handle a wide range of tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Proven planning, organisational, problem-solving and time-management skills
Team player with strong communication
Fluent in English and proficient with Office tools
Experience in consulting or project management is a plus

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of Nord Pool strategic projects alongside senior project managers and experts
Assist with preparation of business proposals and presentations
Handle client requests and provide customer support
Conduct analysis and desktop research for customer-tailored events and workshops
Support arrangement of events and trainings
Assist in administrative tasks including preparing client invoices and budgets
