Job summary

Nord Pool is seeking a Service Specialist – Data Services to join our shared services team on a 1-year, full-time basis in Oslo. You will coordinate customer onboarding, handle change requests, and deliver day-to-day support for data operations.

The role includes document control, data quality checks, and close collaboration with the development team to troubleshoot data issues, while ensuring accurate billing support.

Qualifications

We are looking for a temporarily (1 year) full time Service Specialist – Data Services for the shared services team, with starting date as soon as possible.

In This Role You Will Be

• Responsible for in-house coordination of customer onboarding processes together with our excellent team. In addition, you will be dealing with customer change requests, and other inquiries affecting the customer.
• Document control, archive responsibility and administrative support of all business processes related to Nord Pool’s customers.
• Present and advise on products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Drive or contribute to ad hoc priorities and projects within the Operations team
• Delivering of excellent customer service during day-to-day operations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data operations processes and procedures.
• Monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Investigate, troubleshoot data-related problems, and collaborate closely with the development team.
• Provide support in the billing process.

Role Requirements

• Completed higher education, but can be compensated by relevant experience
• Experience with IT systems for Service management, CRM and document control.
• Interest in management and implementation of new (technical) solutions.
• Interest and experience in use of AI tools.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and fluent in English
• Knowledge and understanding of the power market is an advantage but not a requirement as long as there is an interest to learn.
