Job summary

Nord Pool Services, based in Oslo, Norway, part of Euronext, is seeking a Project and Client Services Associate (VIE, 12 months) to join the team. The role reports to the Head of Nord Pool Services and starts January 1st.

You will work with senior project managers to support strategic projects, prepare proposals, assist clients, and help with events and budgets. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, has internship or work experience, and is proficient in English with strong Excel,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, power engineering, technology or related field.
• Successful first internship or work experience
• Experience in creating reports and presentations
• Motivated to handle a wide range of tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Proven planning, organisational, problem-solving and time-management skills
• Team player with strong communication
• Fluent in English and proficient with Office tools
• Experience in consulting or project management is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Nord Pool strategic projects alongside senior project managers and experts
• Assist with preparation of business proposals and presentations
• Handle client requests and provide customer support
• Conduct analysis and desktop research for customer-tailored events and workshops

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Project and Client Services Associate (VIE12 months) to join the Nord Pool Services team. The position will be based in Oslo, and start 1st of January. You will report to the Head of Nord Pool Services.

You will primarily be responsible for:

• Working closely with senior project managers, senior experts and other team members to support the implementation of Nord Pool strategic projects
• Supporting the preparation of business proposals and presentations
• Assisting with client requests and providing customer support
• Undertaking analysis and desktop research to provide background knowledge for customer-tailored events and workshops
• Supporting the arrangement of events and trainings
• Assisting in administrative and reporting tasks, including preparing client invoices and project budgets

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, power engineering, technology or a related field
• Successful first internship or work experience
• Experience in creating reports and presentations
• Motivated by and able to work with a wide range of tasks – no day is the same
• Proven planning, organisational, problem-solving, time-management and communication skills
• Team player
• Fluent in English
• Command of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Experience in consulting assignments or project management is a plus
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
