Job summary

Nord Pool is seeking a Service Specialist - Data Services for a one-year assignment. You will coordinate customer onboarding with the shared services team, handle change requests, document control, and support billing and data operations. Excellent English and customer-service mindset are essential.

Role requires higher education or equivalent experience, familiarity with CRM, and a proactive, team-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment. Euronext group backdrop and Nordic market focus.

Qualifications

Completed higher education or equivalent experience.
Experience with IT systems for service management, CRM and document control.
Interest in management and implementation of new technical solutions.
Interest and experience in use of AI tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinate customer onboarding with the shared services team.
Process customer change requests and inquiries.
Document control and archive responsibilities for customer-related processes.
Present and advise on products and services to customers and prospects.
Contribute to ad hoc priorities and projects within Operations.
Provide day-to-day excellent customer service and data quality monitoring.
