Omega 365 Consulting in Oslo is seeking a Project Leader with mobility-industry experience to own a large, ongoing strategic go-to-market initiative. The role is highly cross-functional and requires rapid structuring, alignment, and independent progress across multiple stakeholders.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, guiding collaboration, risk management, and project delivery from planning through reporting to stakeholders, with a possibility of extension and ASAP start.

Assignment Description

The consultant would step in and take ownership of a large, ongoing strategic go-to-market initiative. The project is highly cross-functional and involves a broad stakeholder landscape, so we are looking for someone who can quickly create structure, drive alignment and move the work forward with a high degree of independence.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the strategic go-to-market initiative, ensuring alignment across different functions.

Facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Implement project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary.

Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders to drive engagement.

Identify risks and challenges, proposing solutions to keep the project on track.

Report on project performance and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

Solid experience leading complex go-to-market initiatives
