Planning Engineer
- Oversee schedule planning, resource allocation, and cost control for the engineering scope.
- Establish and maintain detailed project schedules (Level 4/5).
- Lead project progress reviews, validating and challenging reported progress.
- Identify critical paths and schedule risks, proposing optimization and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure overall scheduling aligns with contract requirements, regulations, and work processes.
- Provide detailed scheduling analysis to support management decision-making.
- Communicate potential scheduling issues and performance improvements to leadership.
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities to enhance the project schedule.

Responsibilities

Required expertise
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial discipline; relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications.
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in project planning from EPC projects, with a focus on engineering planning.
- Excellent skills in Safran Project; candidates with strong proficiency in Primavera will also be evaluated.
- High competency in critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, and monitoring.
- Experience with scenario planning and proposing mitigating actions to recover delays.
- Proven ability to collaborate with contract, estimation, risk, and cost control teams.
- A systematic, accurate, and proactive team player with a high commitment to deadlines and quality.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English.
