Job summary

IKM is seeking a Project Planner for the engineering scope in Norway. You will oversee schedule planning, resource allocation, and cost control for the engineering scope, and establish detailed Level 4/5 schedules.

You will lead progress reviews, identify critical paths, perform schedule risk analysis, and communicate issues to leadership. Fluency in English and a proactive, deadline-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial discipline; relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications.
  • 3 years of work experience in project planning from EPC projects, with a focus on engineering planning.
  • Excellent skills in Safran Project; candidates with strong proficiency in Primavera will also be evaluated.
  • High competency in critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, and monitoring.
  • Experience with scenario planning and proposing mitigating actions to recover delays.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with contract, estimation, risk, and cost control teams.
  • A systematic, accurate, and proactive team player with a high commitment to deadlines and quality.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in English.
