Job summary

IKM in Haugesund/Oslo seeks an experienced Project Scheduler to manage Civil scope planning. You will coordinate schedules with subcontractors, establish Level 4 and Level 5 plans, and lead progress reviews to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in EPC project planning, strong Safran Project experience, and deep knowledge of construction sequencing, with English as the working language. This is a full-time temporary assignment from October 2026 to December 2027.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial field (extensive experience may compensate)
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in project planning from EPC projects
• Extensive hands-on experience with Safran Project software
• Strong understanding of schedule planning, resource management and cost control
• Experience from EPC, modification or field development projects in oil and gas
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, work logic and interfaces between disciplines
• Experience in planning civil works is highly advantageous
• Proactive, structured and results-oriented with strong collaboration and communication skills
• Language: English

Responsibilities

• Oversee schedule planning, resource allocation, and cost control for the Civil scope
• Integrate and communicate plans from subcontractors into the main project schedule
