Ikm Gruppen AS is seeking a skilled Project Planner to oversee engineering scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control. The successful candidate will establish detailed Level 4/5 schedules, lead progress reviews, and identify optimization opportunities to align with contract requirements and regulatory standards.

With a minimum of 3 years in EPC project planning and strong proficiency in Safran Project and Primavera, you will collaborate with contract, estimation, risk, and cost control

Qualifications

  • Requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s in a technical or commercial discipline; relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in project planning from EPC projects, with focus on engineering planning.
  • Excellent skills in Safran Project; strong Primavera proficiency will be evaluated.
  • High competency in critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, and monitoring.
  • Experience with scenario planning and mitigating actions to recover delays.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with contract, estimation, risk, and cost control teams.
  • Systematic, precise, proactive team player with strong deadlines and quality.
  • Solid verbal and written English communication.
