Job summary

Easee is seeking a Partner Support Specialist to be the go-to for helping partners solve issues and to build scalable workflows across our support ecosystem.

You will work at the intersection of partners, internal teams, and technology, training Support Providers to resolve issues independently while maintaining warranty and support processes. Fluent in Norwegian and English is required.

Qualifications

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
• Ability to balance reactive support with proactive process improvements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for partners on technical and warranty matters, with integrations know-how at the core.
• Train and guide Support Providers to resolve issues independently.
• Handle partner inquiries and warranty claims efficiently, following established procedures.
• Build and maintain structured workflows across partner support, warranty, and integration processes.
• Continuously improve the partner experience based on feedback and data.
