Job summary

Easee is seeking a Technical Support Specialist (Senior Electrician) in Stavanger to be the main contact for Norwegian installers and customers. You will diagnose issues, guide installations, and help shape the customer experience for the Norwegian market with our EV charging technology.

Join a Customer Excellence team focused on knowledge sharing, training, and continuous improvement. You will build product understanding, contribute to documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

What you need to bring along

Must-Haves

• Relevant vocational or technical education, or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong troubleshooting and structured problem-solving skills.

• Good technical understanding and the ability to communicate clearly.

• Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and spoken.

• Customer-focused, structured, curious, and solution-oriented.

Nice-to-Haves

• Background as an electrician or similar technical trade.

• Experience in customer support, preferably within technology.

• Experience with electrical installation, EV charging, or related technology.

• Swedish or Danish language skills.
