Easee, a Norwegian technology company, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Stavanger to serve as the primary contact for Norwegian installers and customers, addressing technical issues and inquiries with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

You will work within Customer Excellence, supporting inquiries via phone and email, building knowledge articles, and contributing to training and product improvements for the Norwegian market.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant vocational or technical education or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and structured problem solving skills.
• Clear communication in Norwegian and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for Norwegian installers and customers, handling technical support questions.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email using CRM, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist with inspections and planning for housing, business, and parking facilities installing Easee charging systems.
• Contribute to training customers and partners and help expand the knowledge base.
