Job summary

Easee, a Norwegian green-tech company, is hiring a Partner Support Specialist in Stavanger to sit at the center of how we support our installer partners and maintain our chargers. You’ll be the primary contact for partners on technical and warranty matters, train and guide Support Providers, and help build structured workflows across partner support, warranty and integrations to scale our ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Excellent collaboration skills to manage multiple partner relationships.
• Ability to balance reactive support with proactive process improvements.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for partners on technical and warranty matters.
• Train and guide Support Providers to resolve issues independently.
• Build scalable workflows across partner support, warranty, and integrations to support ecosystem growth.
