Job summary

Vend is hiring an Employee & Labor Relations Manager to translate Nordic employment law into pragmatic frameworks, shaping HSE and employee relations across the Nordic region. You will own the Nordic HR compliance program and guide P&C and leaders through complex regulatory changes.

Fluency in English is required; Norwegian knowledge is a plus. You will work within a highly collaborative Nordic People Partner team, turning regulatory requirements into scalable, practical solutions.

Qualifications

• A legal degree with 5–10 years of Nordic labour and employment law experience.
• Ability to turn complex regulatory requirements into practical frameworks and guidance.
• Proven track record in managing sensitive employee relations and collaborating with trade unions in Norway and Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Own Nordic HR compliance framework and advise People Partners and leaders.
• Develop practical guidelines and tools for informed leadership decisions across P&C.
• Collaborate with Reward, Legal, Privacy and Security on cross-functional regulatory requirements.
