Job summary

Vend is seeking an experienced HR Compliance Lead to join our People & Communication team in Oslo. You will translate Nordic employment law into pragmatic workplace practices and shape our HR compliance, HSE frameworks and employee relations across the Nordic region.

You will own the Nordic compliance framework, develop guidance and tools for leaders, and collaborate with Reward, Legal, Privacy and Security to address regulatory needs in an AI-driven business.

Qualifications

• Nordic labour law expertise with 5–10 years of experience, in-house or law firm.
• Ability to translate complex legal/regulatory requirements into practical HR frameworks.
• Experience managing employee relations and collaborating with unions, especially in Norway and Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Own Nordic HR compliance framework and act as subject-matter expert on Nordic labour law.
• Advise People Partners and leaders on regulatory changes, employee relations cases and union interactions.
• Develop practical guidelines and tools to enable compliant decision-making across P&C and leadership.
