CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Employee & Labor Relations Manager, you will ensure our people practices remain robust, equitable, and aligned across the Nordic region. Serving as Vend’s subject matter expert on Nordic labour law and HR compliance, you will advise People Partners and business leaders through organizational changes, complex employee relations cases, and union interactions.

In this role, you will oversee our Nordic HR compliance framework and HSE governance, developing practical guidelines and tools that facilitate informed decision-making for leadership and build compliance capability across P&C. Additionally, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across Reward, Legal, Privacy, and Security to address cross-functional regulatory requirements within an AI-driven business landscape.
