Job summary

Volue seeks a Senior People Partner to own and drive HR initiatives across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. You will partner with senior leaders on design, workforce planning and capability building, while handling complex employee relations and integration tasks in a growing technology environment.

You will influence compensation cycles, talent reviews and leadership development, translating Nordic labor practices into actionable decisions in a fast-moving organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in People/HR roles, with at least 4 years as a business partner to leadership.
• Proven ownership of employee relations cases and organizational change.
• Working knowledge of Nordic labor law, ideally across more than one country, plus experience with unions and collective agreements.
• Fluency in English and one Scandinavian language.

Responsibilities

• Partnering leaders on organisational design, workforce planning and capability building.
• Leading complex employee relations cases across Nordics, including union and works council dialogue.
• Driving restructuring, scaling and post-acquisition people integration.
• Coaching managers through performance, leadership and difficult conversations.
