Job summary

Volue is seeking a Senior People Partner to own the Nordics, partnering with leaders across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland to shape organizational design, workforce planning and capability building.

You will lead complex employee relations, drive restructuring and people integration, coach managers through performance and leadership conversations, and own compensation cycles, talent reviews and succession planning in your area.

Qualifications

8+ years in People/HR roles, with at least 4 years as a business partner to leadership.
Proven ownership of employee relations cases and organizational change.
Working knowledge of Nordic labor law, ideally across more than one country, plus experience with unions and collective agreements.

Responsibilities

Partner leaders on organizational design, workforce planning and capability building.
Lead complex employee relations cases across Nordics, including union and works council dialogue.
Drive restructuring, scaling and post-acquisition people integration.
