Job summary

Volue, a leading Nordic tech company powering the energy transition, seeks a Senior People Partner for the Nordics (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland). You will sit with leaders, shaping organizational design, workforce planning and capability building across the region.

You will lead complex employee relations, drive restructuring and post-acquisition integration, and coach managers to raise performance standards in fast-moving, technically oriented teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in People/HR roles, with at least 4 years as a business partner to leadership.
• Proven ownership of employee relations cases and organizational change.
• Working knowledge of Nordic labor law, unions, and collective agreements.
• Fluency in English and one Scandinavian language.
• Experience in tech or engineering environments is a strong advantage.

We are now looking for a Senior People Partner, Nordics.

We are now looking for a Senior People Partner to take ownership of the Nordics and who can help us to continuously improve Volue’s ability to provide value to customers in line with the Volue mission.

You will be the trusted partner to leaders who are technical, fast-moving and commercially driven - operating in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. We are looking for a self-going People Partner who sits in the room when organisational decisions get made, challenges the thinking, and then carries it through to execution.

The role will be located in either of our Norwegian offices : Oslo or Trondheim

8+ years in People/HR roles, with at least 4 years as a business partner to leadership

Proven ownership of employee relations cases and organizational change

Working knowledge of Nordic labor law, ideally across more than one country, plus experience with unions and collective agreements

Fluency in English and one Scandinavian language

Experience in tech, engineering environments is a strong advantage
