Job summary

Volue is seeking a Senior People Partner to own the Nordics from Oslo or Trondheim. You will partner with leaders on design, workforce planning and capability building, while navigating complex employee relations and regional labor frameworks across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.

You will coach managers, drive restructurings and post-acquisition integration, and lead compensation, talent reviews and succession planning.

Qualifications

8+ years in People/HR roles, with at least 4 years as a business partner to leadership.
Proven ownership of employee relations cases and organizational change.
Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language.
Experience in tech/engineering environments is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Partner leaders on organisational design, workforce planning and capability building.
Lead complex employee relations cases across Nordics, including union and works council dialogue.
Drive restructuring, scaling and post-acquisition people integration.
Coach managers through performance, leadership and difficult conversations.
Own compensation cycles, talent reviews and succession planning in your area.
Translate Nordic labor law and collective agreements into practical decisions for leaders.
Shape Volue's People agenda and help build what comes next.
