You will lead the SE team, deliver demos and PoCs, and drive technical wins across a multi-industry customer base in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Sales Engineer/Team Lead in a vendor environment.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills with technical and executive audiences.
• Experience coordinating technical resources for PoCs, demos, and complex evaluations.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in driving technical wins.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SE team, driving performance and coaching team members.
• Deliver business outcome–focused demos, presentations, and PoCs that drive technical decisions.
• Translate technical capabilities into customer value and communicate business impact.
• Engage effectively with executives and technical stakeholders to influence deal direction.
• Execute RFPs, address objections, and ensure confidence throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to close opportunities.
