Job summary

ThreatAware Ltd. is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer to lead technical outcome ownership for enterprise clients. You’ll configure ThreatAware Protect, validate integrations across EDR, MDM, RMM, identity and vulnerability tools, and present risk posture to CISOs and CIOs.

You’ll set playbooks, drive adoption, and shape the CSE function while ensuring renewal readiness and measurable security improvements across Tier 1–3 accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role within cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS security tooling.
• Hands-on knowledge across EDR, MDM, RMM, identity and vulnerability management, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Ability to translate technical findings into business outcomes and drive adoption roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for new enterprise accounts: configure ThreatAware Protect, connect/integrate tools, set up Vitals thresholds, and orient stakeholders on dashboards.
• Identify coverage and integration gaps through estate/usage analysis and run success-planning sessions.
• Deliver quarterly security posture reports and build remediation and protection plans.
• Maintain executive-level updates for risk, status and opportunities to support board discussions.
• Partner with Sales/CS on renewal strategy and commercial terms for engaged accounts.
