We are a luxury hotel located in the beautiful city of Alta, Norway and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving revenue and increasing sales for our hotel. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong sales background and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase hotel bookings
• Maintain relationships with corporate clients travel agencies and other key accounts
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead of the competition
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional offers and packages
• Conduct regular site visits with potential clients and provide them with an exceptional customer experience
• Coordinate with other departments such as front desk reservations and events to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong knowledge of the local market
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field

This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.
