StarsOfTheShow in Alta, Norway, is seeking a driven Hotel Sales Manager to lead revenue growth for our luxury property. You will develop sales strategies, attract new clients, and collaborate with marketing, reservations, and operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This is a full-time on-site role offering $1,200 per month. The ideal candidate has proven hospitality sales leadership, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced

Location Alta Norway Our luxury hotel in Alta is seeking a driven and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing revenue for our hotel This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Identify potential clients and build relationships with them through networking and cold calling
• Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activity and new business opportunities
• Create attractive packages and promotions to increase bookings and revenue
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing reservations and operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Set sales targets for the team and monitor their performance through regular meetings and reports
• Attend trade shows conferences and other events to promote the hotels services
• Negotiate contracts with corporate clients and group bookings

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
• Familiarity with market research techniques and tools
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Must be fluent in English additional languages are an asset
• Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
