Rambøll invites an accomplished HV Technical Scope Manager to join our Power Systems team in advancing sustainable energy solutions. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee client interfaces, and ensure successful tendering and project execution across borders.

The role requires mastery in HV/EHV design, strong leadership, and proven interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues worldwide. Fluency in Norwegian and English is essential, with PMI certification deemed advantageous.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience leading HV/EHV substation or overhead line design projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams across local and global experts to deliver high-quality HV design and engineering solutions.
• Act as a key client interface to ensure clear scope understanding and build long-term partnerships.
• Oversee tendering activities, contract negotiations, and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate with other business areas to ensure integrated and cost-effective solutions.
• Manage technical and commercial aspects of projects, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers across borders to foster collaboration.
• Support site and field activities, including follow-up and quality assurance.
