Job summary

NoBA Bank Group in Oslo is seeking a Fraud & Chargeback Officer to protect customers and the bank from financial crime. You will review cases, investigate fraud, and coordinate with authorities, improving risk controls and customer trust.

You will join a dedicated team focusing on fraud prevention, data analysis, and cross-border cooperation, contributing to a safer banking experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking with pattern recognition and decision making.

• Excellent communication with customers, authorities and legal representatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, investigate and prevent fraud to protect customers and the bank.
• Review applications and transactions for suspicious patterns and act.
• Handle credit card fraud cases, unauthorized transactions and disputes.
• Collect and analyze data; document cases accurately and thoroughly.
• Communicate with customers to obtain information and documentation.
• Provide complete documentation to police and authorities when needed.
• Support the development of fraud rules and share prevention insights.
• Collaborate with external banks to jointly prevent fraud.
