Job summary

Constantinople is seeking a Client Delivery Manager to orchestrate the technical delivery management of client onboarding onto our platform. You will lead teams to configure and deploy for clients, collaborate with product, engineering, legal, compliance, servicing and operations, and build a scalable playbook to run future deliveries.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experiences in technical program management roles in tech organisations across technical and non-technical deliverables.
• Hands-on and execution oriented.
• Detail oriented with strong decision-making and delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation and execution project plan with dependencies from clients and teams.
• Act as the single owner of the client delivery plan and ensure successful delivery.
• Manage critical activities such as testing windows, release coordination, go-live and cutovers.
• Ensure consistency in onboarding and delivery to scale Playbook across the company.
• Coordinate client delivery across 1-2 clients and multiple programs.
• Work with Solutions Engineering to manage configurations on platform.
• Collaborate with engineering and internal teams to align the client delivery roadmap with the company roadmap and mitigate risks.
• Effectively manage changes in project scope with a clear end-goal.
