Job summary

Omnium is seeking a structured Onboarding Project Manager to own the onboarding process for Nordic customers. You will collaborate with customers, partners and internal teams, acting as the face of Omnium during implementation and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

The role focuses on coordinating onboarding across orders, inventory, fulfilment, returns, payments and cross-channel flows.

Qualifications

• Solid project management experience, preferably from IT projects or technically complex projects.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or similar technology products.
• Experience from retail or e-commerce.
• Fluent Norwegian, written and spoken. Also work in English.
• A structured approach and strong follow-up on progress, timelines and deliverables.
• Strong communication skills and coordination across stakeholders.
• Ability to run several projects in parallel and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding projects: coordinate full onboarding from kick-off to implementation, tracking timelines and milestones.
• Be the main contact between customer, partners and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and aligned expectations.
• Own risk and quality: identify risks early and put measures in place for a seamless transition to Omnium.
• Keep financial control: follow up time tracking and invoicing for your projects.
