Job summary

Pigment is hiring a Global Employee Onboarding, Program Manager to drive the industry-leading onboarding standard. You’ll own the run-of-show for every cohort, coordinating facilitators, vendors, and content across EMEA and NAMER while ensuring parallel, smooth delivery.

You’ll partner with People, GTM leadership, and cross-functional teams to continuously improve satisfaction, engagement, and AI competency assessments in a remote-first, scalable program.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in Enablement, People/L&D, program management, or an adjacent operational role with end-to-end program ownership.
• Strong program operator who thrives on detail and managing multiple moving parts.
• Comfortable running two parallel workstreams (EMEA/NAMER) with regional nuances.
• Clear, concise verbal and written communicator across audiences.
• Data-informed: turn feedback and assessment data into concrete program changes.
• Experience with Google Docs/Drive, Excel, LMSs, HRIS (HiBob) and Padlet.
• Energized by new hire experience and culture-building, not just logistics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end POP delivery for every cohort: scheduling, facilitator coordination, run-of-show, logistics, post-session measurement.
• Keep EMEA and NAMER cohorts running in parallel, managing shared anchor sessions and regional constraints.
• Coordinate in-person exceptions and align with R&D leadership for Paris-local hires.
• Manage facilitator roster and vendor relationships and resolve content items with owners.
• Maintain and evolve the multi-day curriculum across formats (in-person, hybrid, virtual, asynchronous).
• Own measurement: satisfaction, engagement tracking, and capstone AI competency assessment.
• Orchestrate monthly local hub socials (London, Austin, NYC, Toronto, San Francisco) for remote hires.
• Build operating documentation to ensure POP runs consistently without key-person risk.
• Partner with People, GTM leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to keep content current and aligned.
