Zusammenfassung

Omnium is seeking an Onboarding Project Manager to own the coordination and delivery of the full onboarding process for customers. You will be the face of Omnium during implementation, ensuring projects are on time and meet high standards.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with customers, partners and internal teams, manage multiple projects in parallel, and focus on risk, quality and financial transparency throughout the onboarding journey.

Qualifikationen

• Solid experience as a project manager, preferably from IT projects or technically complex projects.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or similar technology products.
• Experience from retail or e-commerce.
• Fluent Norwegian, written and spoken; comfortable using English as well.

Aufgaben

• Lead onboarding projects: Coordinate and drive the full onboarding process from start to finish.
• Be the link between customer, partners and internal teams with clear communication.
• Own risk and quality: identify risks early and implement measures for a smooth transition.
• Keep financial control: track time and invoices for transparency and predictability.
