Stord is seeking a Program Manager, Professional Services, to lead onboarding and growth initiatives for customers across our supply chain solutions. You will manage onboarding life cycles, including system deployments, SOPs, testing, and go-live readiness, while coordinating with commercial, implementation, and operations teams.

You will drive process improvements, design new tools for internal use, and translate customer needs into actionable requirements.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written).
• Versatile team player, handles pressure and clarifies requirements.
• Driven to remove barriers and enable teams to reach objectives.
• Experience in cross-functional, customer-facing change roles in SaaS or consulting.
• Able to balance multiple priorities, risks, and limited resources.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for milestones.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and execute a portfolio of customer projects from onboarding to launches.
• Partner with Commercial, Implementation, Integration, and Operations teams to drive onboarding.
• Balance internal and external priorities while achieving customer and Stord goals.
• Track progress, revenue and KPIs in onboarding processes.
• Design and implement new systems/processes for customers across the supply chain network.
• Provide feedback to evolve Stord's service offering and onboarding experience.
• Act as a culture advocate and pursue continuous improvement.
