Basic-Fit is seeking an HR Business Process Owner to connect HR and the Workday team across Europe. You will translate HR needs into clear Workday specifications and shape how HR processes run in multiple markets.

You’ll gather requirements, test changes, and drive global process adoption while training local HR teams. Fluent English and multi-country experience are valued as you streamline Hire-to-Pay and related HR workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR processes and requirements gathering, supported by a relevant education.
• Affinity with HR systems implementation; hands-on Workday experience is a plus.
• Experience with change management across multiple countries.
• Experience training or coaching local HR teams on new processes or systems.
• Experience in an international, multi-country environment is a plus.
• Structured, organized work style with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch, French, Spanish, or German is a plus.

• Gather & translate: Collect HR requirements from the local HR departments in Belgium, France, Spain, Austria, Germany and the Netherlands and translate them into clear Workday specifications.
• Streamline processes: Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize HR processes across Hire-to-Pay by defining uniform processes for the whole organization.
• Assess local vs. global: Determine whether country-specific requests should be solved locally or as part of the global Workday setup.
• Keep overview: Maintain a clear view of open requirements, decisions, and issues within the HR domain.
• Test & validate: Perform first-line business acceptance testing on Workday changes before go-live.
• Drive change & adoption: Lead the implementation of global process changes in local markets, and train local HR teams to ensure smooth adoption.

This Is What Your Role Looks Like At Basic-Fit, our HR technology landscape is as fast-moving as the business itself. As our HR Business Process Owner, you're the link between HR and the Workday team — turning HR needs into clear requirements and helping shape how our processes run across the organization. You'll work closely with HR stakeholders across countries, the Workday product team, and our technical specialists, translating business needs into practical solutions. From gathering requirements to running the first tests on new functionality, and from implementing global changes in local markets to training local HR teams, you keep overview and make sure HR's voice is heard in every Workday decision. Who Are You?

• Experience in HR processes and requirements gathering, supported by a relevant education.

• Experience with change management and implementing (global) processes across multiple countries.
• Experience training or coaching local HR teams on new processes or systems.
• Experience in an international, multi‑country, multi site environment is a plus.
• A structured, organized way of working with strong communication skills.
• Fluent English; Dutch, French, Spanish, or German is a plus.
