Job summary

Stryker Netherlands is seeking a capital-focused sales professional to lead visualization opportunities across our Endoscopy portfolio. The role covers South Netherlands with a focus on Utrecht, Rotterdam, The Hague, Delft, Leiden, Breda, Tilburg, Eindhoven and the Limburg area, and requires building multi-year territory plans with clinical and procurement stakeholders.

You will identify replacement cycles, tenders and new-build projects, align decision makers, and demonstrate clinical value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of professional work experience.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year territory and account plans for visualization, integration and related capital technology.
• Identify replacement cycles, tenders, renovations, new-build projects and future investment priorities.
• Start preparing for tenders 18 to 24 months before publication. Align key stakeholders, understand how decisions are made, shape the clinical strategy and show the clinical value of our technology.
• Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinical champions and reference sites to support future capital projects, technology adoption and long-term partnerships.
• Help shape the annual marketing plan and bring it to life in your territory.
• Understand your market and maintain reliable annual, quarterly and monthly forecasts.
• Bring together colleagues across Endoscopy, support functions and other Stryker divisions to provide solutions to our shared customers.
