Job summary

Stryker Netherlands is seeking a capital sales professional to develop opportunities across the Visualization portfolio. You will map customer long-term plans, align stakeholders, and drive multi-year capital deals with a cross-functional team in a field-based role across South Netherlands including Utrecht and Leiden.

You will navigate long sales cycles, engage clinicians and procurement, and build partnerships with hospitals to shape strategy and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional work experience.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year territory and account plans for visualization and capital technology.
• Identify replacement cycles, tenders, renovations and future investment priorities.
• Prepare tenders 18–24 months before publication and align stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with KOLs, clinical champions and reference sites.
• Help shape the annual marketing plan and forecast activity.
• Collaborate across Endoscopy, support functions and other divisions.
