Job summary

Stryker Netherlands is seeking a capital sales professional to develop opportunities across our Visualization portfolio and to understand where customers plan to invest over the coming years. You will align clinical, financial and procurement stakeholders to demonstrate the clinical and economic value of our technology.

You will manage a field-based territory across South Netherlands, with focus on Utrecht, Rotterdam, The Hague, Delft, Leiden, Breda, Tilburg, Eindhoven and Limburg.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of professional work experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Valid driving licence.
• Experience with capital equipment or complex B2B sales.
• Experience with long sales cycles and multiple decision makers.
• Experience in healthcare, imaging, or digital workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year territory and account plans for visualization and capital technology.
• Identify replacement cycles, tenders, renovations and future priorities.
• Prepare tenders 18–24 months before publication and align stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with KOLs, clinical champions and reference sites.
• Help shape the annual marketing plan in your territory.
• Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly figures reliably.
• Coordinate across Endoscopy and other Stryker divisions to provide solutions.
