Job summary

Stryker Netherlands is seeking a capital-minded sales professional to develop capital opportunities across the Visualization portfolio and align hospital long‑term plans with investment priorities. You will understand customer investment timelines, build consensus among stakeholders and demonstrate the clinical value of our technology.

This field‑based role covers South Netherlands, with focus on Utrecht, Rotterdam, The Hague, Delft, Leiden, Breda, Tilburg, Eindhoven and Limburg.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 2 years of professional work experience.
Professional fluency in Dutch and English.
Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

Own multi-year territory and account plans for visualization, integration and related capital technology.
Identify replacement cycles, tenders, renovations, new-build projects and future investment priorities.
Start preparing for tenders 18 to 24 months before publication. Align key stakeholders, understand how decisions are made, shape the clinical strategy and show the clinical value of our technology.
Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinical champions and reference sites to support future capital projects, technology adoption and long-term partnerships.
Help shape the annual marketing plan and bring it to life in your territory.
Understand your market and maintain reliable annual, quarterly and monthly forecasts.
Bring together colleagues across Endoscopy, support functions and other Stryker divisions to provide solutions to our shared customers.
