Job summary

Stryker in the Netherlands is seeking a capital sales professional to develop capital opportunities across our Visualization portfolio. You will understand customer long‑term plans, identify investment cycles and align stakeholders to demonstrate clinical value.

This field‑based role covers South Netherlands, including Utrecht, Rotterdam, The Hague, Breda, Tilburg, Eindhoven and Limburg. You will collaborate with clinical teams, procurement, finance, biomedical engineering, IT and hospital

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Ability to work across multiple hospital stakeholders in a field-based setting.

Responsibilities

Own multi-year territory and account plans for visualization, integration and related capital technology.
Identify replacement cycles, tenders, renovations and future investment priorities.
Start preparing for tenders 18–24 months before publication and align key stakeholders.
Develop relationships with KOLs, clinical champions and reference sites for long-term partnerships.
Help shape the annual marketing plan and translate it into territory actions.
Maintain reliable annual, quarterly and monthly forecasts and collaborate across divisions.
