Job summary

Stryker is seeking a capital-focused sales professional to develop multi-year territory plans across the Visualization portfolio in the Netherlands, with a focus on Utrecht, Rotterdam, The Hague, Delft, Leiden, Breda, Tilburg, Eindhoven and Limburg.

This field-based role requires collaboration with clinical teams, procurement and hospital leadership to identify investment priorities and drive long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of professional work experience.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English.
• Valid driving licence.
• Experience with capital equipment, solution selling, strategic accounts or another complex B2B sales environment.
• Experience navigating long sales cycles, tenders or projects involving several decision makers.
• Healthcare, operating room, imaging, integration or digital workflow experience.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year territory and account plans for visualization, integration and related capital technology.
• Identify replacement cycles, tenders, renovations, new-build projects and future investment priorities.
• Start preparing for tenders 18 to 24 months before publication. Align key stakeholders, understand how decisions are made, shape the clinical strategy and show the clinical value of our technology.
• Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinical champions and reference sites to support future capital projects, technology adoption and long-term partnerships.
• Help shape the annual marketing plan and bring it to life in your territory.
• Understand your market and maintain reliable annual, quarterly and monthly forecasts.
• Bring together colleagues across Endoscopy, support functions and other Stryker divisions to provide solutions to our shared customers.
