efficy Group in Utrecht, Netherlands is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to own the full sales cycle for Tribe CRM in the Dutch market. You will work warm leads handed over by the SDR team, run demos, and close deals with small to mid-sized organisations.

Join the acquisition sales team (SDR & ISR) in Utrecht. You’ll manage discovery through close, focusing on deals for up to 15 users. A hybrid work model applies with on-site days and remote Fridays.

Qualifications

• B2B software sales experience a plus.
• Native level Dutch required.
• Fluent English.
• Familiar with CRM and sales tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Run discovery calls and tailor Tribe CRM demos.
• Deliver proposals and negotiate to close deals.
• Maintain a clean and up-to-date pipeline in CRM.
• Follow sales playbooks and share learnings.
