efficy Group in Utrecht is seeking a SaaS Sales Development Representative (Dutch speaker) to join our multilingual Tribe CRM sales team. You will qualify inbound leads, perform outbound outreach, and book demos for the Dutch market while building a healthy pipeline.

You'll collaborate with Marketing and Sales, gain exposure to AI-driven tools, and develop your skills in a fast-paced European tech company that values growth, learning, and diverse perspectives.

Qualifications

• First hands-on experience in B2B sales.

• Native Dutch speaker and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and follow up on inbound marketing leads
• Book quality demo meetings for the Sales team
• Run short discovery calls to understand prospect needs
• Complement inbound efforts with outbound prospecting
• Keep CRM records clean and up to date
• Team up with Marketing to keep improving lead quality

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our multilingual Tribe CRM sales team in Utrecht. You'll start new conversations, reach out to future customers, and build connections that matter, focusing on the Dutch market. You'll convert inbound leads into quality demos while keeping the pipeline moving with outbound prospecting.

• Comfortable with CRM and outreach tools, or ready to learn fast
• Native level of Dutch
• Full professional fluency in English
