efficy Group in Utrecht is hiring a SaaS Sales Development Representative (Dutch speaker) to join the multilingual Tribe CRM sales team. You will start conversations, qualify inbound leads, and schedule demos while expanding the Dutch market.

You'll collaborate with Marketing, learn across tech, product, and leadership, and benefit from onboarding, AI exposure, and clear career growth in a fast-paced European environment.

Qualifications

• First hands-on experience in B2B sales and a drive to advance to the next level.
• Clear communicator with strong listening skills and rapport-building ability.
• Track record of managing pipeline and meeting weekly targets.
• Comfortable with CRM and outreach tools, or quick to learn.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and follow up on inbound marketing leads.
• Book quality demo meetings for the Sales team.
• Run short discovery calls to understand prospect needs.
• Complement inbound efforts with outbound prospecting.
• Keep CRM records clean and up to date.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality.
