Qualifications

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and specialist lab devices.
• Deliver customer-focused service to laboratory staff and business users.
• Manage IT assets from deployment to disposal.
• Support incident and request management for technical issues.
