Job summary

Eurofins TMFI is seeking an IT Field Service Engineer based in Maastricht with monthly travel to Bruges, Cologne, and Amsterdam. You will provide hands-on IT support for desktops, lab devices, and peripherals while maintaining security and compliance.

You will work with Infrastructure teams, promote IT best practices, and participate in on‑call rotations to ensure service continuity across several sites.

Qualifications

• We are looking for 3+ years in IT Field Service, Desktop Support, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with Intune, SCCM, and laptop imaging.
• Familiarity with ITIL and service management practices.
• Clear communication and customer focus are essential.
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations (Maastricht, Brugge, Keulen, Amsterdam).
• English fluency; Dutch proficiency is preferred.
• Valid Dutch driving license.

Responsibilities

• Provide on‑site IT support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and lab devices.
• Resolve incidents and requests within SLAs; install and configure hardware/software.
• Assist with user accounts, access requests, and device onboarding.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Escalate complex issues to Lead IT Field Support or Infrastructure teams.
• Support outages and on‑call requirements as needed.
• Assist IT rollouts and site changes with minimal disruption.
