Job summary

Molecular Devices is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in the Netherlands, primarily to provide remote technical support across the central region. This role requires a skilled professional to deliver field service support for our products, including installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance.

Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of relevant industry experience and possess strong mechanical and electrical skills. You will be traveling extensively, up to 80%, in the Benelux region and must have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industry relevant experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of assembly level fault detection and testing.
• Excellent communication and ownership of service issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide field service support for Molecular Devices products.
• Perform installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Support customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
