Job summary

Eurofins Scientific - Nederland is looking for an IT Field Service Engineer to provide hands-on technical support at laboratory locations. This role involves resolving hardware and software issues, and requires knowledge of IT service management practices like ITIL. You will work across Maastricht, Bruges, Cologne, and Amsterdam, engaging with users to ensure efficient IT operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, a strong knowledge of Windows environments, and good customer communication skills. A valid Dutch driving license is also required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT Field Service or Desktop Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with IT service management practices (e.g., ITIL).
• Able to work independently across multiple locations.
