Job summary

Arvato in Lelystad is seeking a Warehouse Support Specialist to join our Tech division. You will act as the main contact for operational and system-related issues, investigate deviations, and translate findings into sustainable improvements. You’ll work with ERP/WMS systems and Excel to analyze data and share insights with stakeholders.

The role emphasizes collaboration across departments to ensure a stable warehouse operation, during regular office hours with occasional flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• MBO+/HBO level education required.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP/WMS systems (e.g. SAP).

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for operational and system-related issues in the warehouse.
• Investigate discrepancies in orders, inventory and processes and coordinate solutions.
• Analyze operational data and performance trends using Excel and ERP/WMS systems; prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Support root-cause analyses and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Contribute to the successful implementation and launch of the new Tech operation in Lelystad.
