Arvato in Echt invites a Warehouse Support Specialist to join a high-tech logistics environment, supporting warehouse operations within our Consumer Products and High-Tech divisions. You will help ensure processes run smoothly, systems perform optimally, and issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

Qualifications

• MBO+/HBO level in logistics or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a logistics, transport or warehouse environment.
• Strong analytical skills and a data affinity.
• Experience with SAP and advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of warehouse inbound, outbound and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for operational and system-related issues within the warehouse.
• Investigate discrepancies in orders, inventory, and processes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Analyze operational data, inventory accuracy, and performance trends using SAP and Excel.
• Prepare reports and share insights with Operations, Quality, and other stakeholders.
• Support root cause analyses and corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Monitor warehouse processes and ensure data quality within operational systems.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the successful implementation and start-up of a new customer operation.
