Qualifications

• MBO or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support on the warehouse floor and act as the first point of contact for process issues.
• Investigate challenges involving orders, inventory, materials, or systems and implement improvements.
• Analyze warehouse data, stock levels, inventories, and performance using Excel and SAP/WMS.
• Prepare reports and communicate findings with Operations, Quality, Customer Support, and customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and prevent recurring issues.
