Job summary

Arvato in Gennep is seeking a Warehouse Support Specialist to link operations with support teams, ensuring efficient warehouse processes and continuous improvement. You will investigate challenges, analyze data, and implement sustainable improvements across stakeholders.

The role requires a 1+ year logistics background, SAP/WMS experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent English. Shift-based schedule, with modern systems and international supply chain exposure in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• MBO or Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or a similar operational support role.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Accurate, proactive, and strong communication skills.
• Available to work according to the applicable shift schedule.
• Experience within a logistics or warehouse environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support on the warehouse floor and act as the first point of contact for process-related issues.
• Investigate challenges involving orders, inventory, materials, or systems and implement structural improvements.
• Analyse warehouse data, stock levels, inventories, and operational performance using Excel and WMS/ERP systems.
• Prepare reports and communicate findings with Operations, Quality, Customer Support, and, where applicable, customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and prevent recurring operational issues.
